Pat Bechtel is an emerging artist who was raised and resides in a small town called Slatington, Pennsylvania. He attended Moravian college in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania and graduated in 2007 with a Bachelor of Arts in English and a minor in art. While at Moravian, Pat only took two painting classes, but that was enough for him to fall in love with the art form.
Building on this aspect of his education, Pat is mostly a self-taught artist who paints whenever he gets the chance, including late nights after work. Pat has developed an impressionistic style in his work and enjoys experimenting with color. He uses oil paint to create landscapes and portraits. The world around him is the main inspiration for Pat's works. His main goal is that the audience feels good upon viewing his work.
